About my practice

What you practice
is what you have.

—Zen saying

The heart of my practice, and my passion, is in helping clients resource, reprocess and resolve their trauma so that they can go on to live lives of intention, connection, vitality, hope and meaning.

I am a somatically and psychodynamically-trained, trauma and attachment-informed, emotionally-focused, mindfulness-based, transpersonally-inspired, all parts inclusive, poly-friendly, pro-choice, queer-allied, antiracist, client-centered, EMDR certified & dual-licensed psychotherapist curious about anything and everything being evoked within you & between the world and you. I am especially interested in what motivates us and why; in how we are shaped and impacted by family, temperament and culture; in exploring the places where our individual and collective conditioning intersect and overlap; and in how the sociopolitical matrix we find ourselves located and positioned in shapes, impacts and functions in us personally, professionally, romantically, familially, socially, collectively and otherwise.
