Office COVID protocol

If you would like to meet in-person, I will request that you sign an in-person informed-consent form. If you are experiencing any COVID or flu-like symptoms, or if you know you have been in close proximity to someone who has, please let me know in advance and we can meet via video instead of in-person. I am fully vaccinated and comfortable meeting in-person if you are symptom-free, vaccinated and comfortable meeting in-person. My office is ADA accessible, well-ventilated and I operate a high-grade filter. We have the option of meeting outdoors and online as well. I have found it surprisingly easy to establish a strong emotional connection through video.

Office location, transportation & parking

My office is located at 2140 Shattuck Avenue, Suite 307 in the Wells Fargo office building at the top of the BART stairs in downtown Berkeley. BART and bus lines stop at the Downtown Berkeley station. If you are driving, there are three parking garages nearby, all of which are comparable in price: Allston Way, Center Street, Oxford Garage and Kittredge Street. There is also limited metered street parking.

After-hours instructions

If we are scheduled to meet before 9 am or after 5 pm the building doors will be locked, in which case please dial 333 on the intercom and I will buzz you in. Also please know that if you arrive early for our appointment before 9 am or after 5 pm, there is the chance that I will be with another client, in which case I will not be able to buzz you in until after the session has ended.
